I am not going to lie, it’s been a tough couple of weeks. My husband and I have been trying to re-adjust back to life—back to our normal routine—but no matter how much we try, we never seem to get back there…

Throughout my journey following a plant-based diet, I have come to discover and fall in love with many different kinds of fruits and vegetables that I had never even seen before. How was everyone’s long weekend? Ours was fantastic! The city was extremely quiet and we were blessed with the most beautiful days, perfect for lounging on the patio, reading a book or going for long walks. Regardless of what your plans were, I hope you spent time soaking in the sun, taking full advantage of the weekend.
