Because our next marathon training begins next week and nutrition will play a key role in helping us improve our time, I have already begun stocking up my pantry with the essential ingredients I’ll need...
In Massachusetts (or anywhere, really), it’s hard to come by a person who isn’t charmed by Martha’s Vineyard. Owning a house there—even a tiny little one—would be a dream!
The only way to understand how incredible the accomplishment of finishing a marathon feels is to actually run one. There are no words. And now that I’ve done it, I can see why so many people end up signing up for more.

A couple of Saturdays ago, my husband and I drove down to Antigua to pay a visit to the market and run a couple of errands. We absolutely love Antigua, so whenever we have an opportunity to head down there we never, ever hesitate.
The weekends always come and go so quickly, don’t they? However, now that we can order most of our groceries through Caoba Farms, I’ve noticed that we have a lot more free time to do more of the things we love. Now that I'm pregnant it's being a little hard to be more flexible and let myself indulge in some of my cravings, but have you heard the expression "hungry like the wolf"?
I think we can agree that spring has officially arrived here in Guatemala. Although we are blessed with spring-like temperatures mostly all year round, our chilly “winter” months have thankfully passed. Now, the sun is out to play, the flowers are blooming again, and we can take out our light and flowy dresses from the back of our closets.
A rainstorm did not stop Joy Cho, from Oh Joy, from throwing a garden party to celebrate the launch of her Oh Joy for Target collection a few weeks ago. Leave it up to Joy to bring the casual, fun and sunny feeling of an outdoor garden party indoors, while still having fun and not letting the rainfall ruin her day.
